Auto Pay Membership Agreement

Minimum term. Memberships have a minimum term of 6 or 12 months from the first successful payment. Cancellation during the minimum term is restricted as per the early termination clauses.

Payments. Members authorise automatic direct debit charges and are responsible for maintaining sufficient funds. Failed or declined payments may incur an administration or dishonour fee and must be resolved within 7 days.

Membership pause. Up to four weeks per year is permitted with two weeks' notice via email. Pauses cannot be applied retrospectively and cannot occur during the final month of the minimum term.

Access. Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Class bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance via Mindbody.

Health disclosure. Members must disclose any medical conditions, injuries or pregnancy before participating.

Studio closures. Temporary closures due to public holidays, maintenance, emergencies or similar do not automatically entitle the Member to refunds.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancelling your membership. After the minimum term ends, 14 days' written notice is required to cancel.

No-show fee. A $5 charge applies when members fail to attend without cancelling. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled class time will be treated as a no-show.

Outstanding fees. Members cannot book additional classes until no-show fees are settled.
